FAQ

SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within five business days of purchase. Standard rates are $15 within the US, and $25 international. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact us to make arrangements. You will receive an email with tracking after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing. Marking the item as a “gift” on the custom form is a felony and mail fraud – it simply can’t be done.

PAYMENT TYPES

  • At this time we accept Paypal only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All items are unique and handmade with love. Materials used may be subject to change based on availability.

RETURN POLICY

  • Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will provide refunds for purchases made within ten days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns lost in shipping or damaged will not be refunded, so please pack your item carefully.
  • Please provide us with a tracking number.
  • Please include your name and order number within the packaging so we know who to refund!
  • Refunds will be issued back onto the original method of payment.
  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders and “second sales.”

    CANCELLATIONS

    • All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    EXCHANGES

    • We do not accept exchanges.

    HANDLING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Dolls should be handled with care. Avoid rough play. Spot clean as needed with a washcloth. If any dolls suffer injury, please contact us, as we will be happy to stitch them.

    STORE POLICIES

    Please do not purchase clothing and accessories before you have purchased a doll. We have limited clothing and accessories, so we’d like to have them available for customers with our dolls.

    HOW CAN I BUY A DOLL?

    • Joti makes dolls in batches of 8-12 in varying intervals. She posts all of her listing times and dates on her Instagram page: @forestcreaturedolls.

    DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

    • On occasion, we will open up custom spots on our website. Current turnaround time for custom orders is 6-8 weeks. Although custom orders are rare, we’ll often ask for suggestions on our Instagram page.

    CAN I RESERVE A DOLL?

    • We currently do not take reservations.

    ITEMS SELL OUT SO FAST. HOW CAN I GET A DOLL?

    • We will post on the exact hour. Make sure you are already logged into your PayPal account before the scheduled update time. The item will not be held in your cart, so proceed to checkout as soon as the item is added. We recommend using Auto Fill to enter your shipping information.

    CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE DOLL PER SHOP UPDATE?

    • We want everyone to have a chance at purchasing a doll and we please ask that you purchase only one doll per shop update. If a buyer purchases more than one doll per update, we will contact you and will have the right to fully cancel the order(s).

    HOW CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES FOR MY DOLL?

    • We’re happy to provide you with additional items for your doll(s). Please contact us to see what we have in stock!

    DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

    • We do not sell wholesale.

    CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?

    • Yes, absolutely! Please contact us to make arrangements.

    CAN MY DOLL GET A MAKEOVER?

    • Yes! As long as it’s a doll made by us, we are happy to provide your doll with a makeover. You are only responsible for shipping costs.
